Black Friday Campaigns

Role: Concepting, Art Direction, Graphic Design

The Ultimate Break version of Black Friday is a months-long sale that’s highly anticipated by customers, and known for having the best deals of the year. The look and feel extends across the website, paid ads, social media, and email. Cues are taken from trending colors and visual treatments of the year, but the main objective is to stand out amid Black Friday noise. Below are the 2024 and 2023 iterations I designed. On Location Thailand

Role: Creative Direction, Design

To coincide with the launch of 13 new trips to Thailand, Ultimate Break sent a team of staff, brand ambassadors, and influencers to create content on location. During the trip, we quickly turned around a nine-episode series of videos highlighting Thai culture and sustainability.

In tandem with the team, I selected topics for the episodes in advance, and then worked closely with our video editor to turn the content we received into branded videos, posted daily. I developed the series’ look and feel and worked closely with our editor on animation.

We also created a trailer to introduce viewers to the series (see first video).

New Trips Launch

Role: Concepting, Production, Art Direction, Prop & Food Styling

In April 2023, Ultimate Break launched 25 new trips. To celebrate the biggest trip drop ever, our social team proposed a themed drink party to highlight some of the most exciting new tours. My role was to coordinate and produce a video of the party for social, as well as lead a photoshoot with each drink. This included concepting drink themes and names, prop sourcing, art direction during the shoots, and post-production photo editing. See the full party video on TikTok.

In addition to my role as a designer and art director for Ultimate Break, I’ve also contributed photography to our brand library. All photos depict real excursions and experiences that occur on our trips; as a photographer, I’m embedded within a trip and get to know our travelers and Tour Directors.

Below is a selection from two trips, one to Switzerland (with a point-and-shoot camera), and the second from Scandinavia (with a Sony FX3). I’m also responsible for editing all photos.
